Rob helped my mom and I with upgrading our phones and he was spot on with everything we needed! Very helpful and answered all of our questions (and graciously accept the b.s. that we were talking to him). Rob, Blake and Mike (?) all worked very well together and got us set up quickly & efficiently. Best Sprint store experience I've had! I would highly suggest going there for your needs!

I went in there today expecting to leave disappointed and not be able to upgrade my phone. I left the store with two new phones and accessories. Outside of that, the customer service was phenomenal. This will definitely be the store that I go to whenever I am encountering issues with my phone.
