So, tonight was my first time getting food here. Ordered pizza for delivery, got here on time and the service experience was good. They'd be getting 4-5 stars IF the pizza dough had actually been cooked all the way, but it wasn't. A couple of pieces were at least partially cooked through, but the rest of it was inedible. At least the cheese breadsticks were cooked? Like, there is definitely a difference between doughy/chewy and uncooked pizza and they crossed it. Ruined what would've otherwise been a very good pizza (yummy sauce, crunchy crust, solid amount of toppings).
Today is March 23, 2017.Really terrible service. I live 2 minutes down the street and they told me about 45 minutes. I ordered my Pizza and wings at 10:21 p.m. and I call back at 11:25 p.m. to ask about my order and the woman that answered said it's been busy your order will be leaving out in 5 minutes. It's 11:45 p.m. now and still nothing. This has to be the worse service ever, will not recommend this to anyone. I don't even want the food anymore.
I order for delivery once a month the food is always good love your pizza honey mustard chicken wings, cheese cake l wish you had some honey barbq sauce without mustard love you keep up the good work.
I paid $30 and all I have to show for it is breadsticks, a 20oz pop, and a whopping total of TWO edible slices. Can't speak for the rest of their food, but I definitely won't be getting pizza here again.
The delivery driver, wanted to argue with me because he walked up to my Apartment. Also said my $5.00 tip wasn’t worth it. Lol! These places just hire anybody!
This place is over priced so I rarely go. They sent my business two gift certificates and then declined to accept them both when I ordered a pizza. Nowhere did it say I could t do that, they said gift certificate only. Shame on them for trying to force business in a dirty way. We left the pizza there and went elsewhere.
