This is worse of the worse postal service. Bs how they lose so many packages. Yet says delivered never got it. Nobody can tell me anything.. They should shut down hire people know how do there job right. Not first time happened to me..
Nice people working on Saturday. The people on the loyd location are a little cold. Lol
I accidently sent my package to the wrong address and had to call this facility to give an updated address and zip code. The representative was very rude and asured me that everything would be fine. it's been almost a week and I haven't received my package! I'm highly upset and to add insult to injury I've been watching the package go from post office to post office this is why I have a strong dislike for usps!
Yesterday, the worker threw a box against my door blocking it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, that it just dropped. Today however, I actually saw her not only drop it but, kick it to my door. When I asked her to stop throwing and kicking our packages, she said, she didn't. I told her, I just saw her do it, then she said, I just pushed it with my foot and continued on her way. She's lucky neither package contained a breakable! This is ridiculous!!! She needs to be retrained or fired!! She has no customer service skills whatsoever and and obviously doesn't care about her customers belongings!!!
Most of the workers at the branch are pretty nice but my mail carrier is something else. Packages started to disappear and I called the branch and all they could tell me was to get a P.O Box smh. I then told the carrier to please ring my door bell when I have a package and then leave it, because once there’s a car in the driveway someone is home. She nonchalantly said ok but never followed through. Once, my package said delivered and as soon as I called the post office and told them that I’ve been patiently waiting for my package and all I got was bills they called her and my package was delivered an hour later. Instead of taking my packages please take my bills and pay them for me! I’m so over this carrier!
